The Value of Time: Living in the Moment
While it’s thought-provoking to freeze time, perhaps the actual value is found in thinking about the preciousness of the flowing of time. Each second harbors opportunities; each moment forms the person. In a way, our inability to freeze time is a blessing-it teaches us that life is too short and fleeting.
We can enjoy experiences, form meaningful connections, or derive pleasure in small things in the present. Time slips away effortlessly but also it is time that makes life beautiful. Rather than wishing to pause or manipulate time, we should rather be in the moment while we have it. The journey cannot have meaning unless time is going forward with relentless march.
