The Journey Continues
But this is just not the end. My father and I will have so much more to read in the countless journals still remaining, so much more to see and visit, and so many stories still left to unearth. And then, I know, one day, while sharing these with my own children or even grandchildren, it will strike them in the same manner it struck me when heard from his lips.
Because, ultimately, life is not about the destination; it’s about the journey, it’s about the people you meet along the line, and the memories you leave behind for others to find.
